Demand moderate for bred heifers, replacement stock cows and cow-calf
pairs. Bred heifers and stock cows aged, blood tested and pregnancy checked
prior to the sale. Prices per head. most bred stock calving Mar through Apr
unless noted. Receipts approximately 5 percent bred heifers, 45 percent young
and middle age bred cows, 45 percent aged bred cows, balance mostly weigh cows
along with singles and small packages of bred cows.
